Project Summary
Western Lands managed the pre-acquisition visioning for the client who purchased the 2,375-acre Middle Fork Ranch and then handled the actual transaction as well. This was completed in two separate real estate deals along with the BLM grazing leases.
We are currently working on the planning of a large conservation funding project to enhance the Middle Fork of the South Platte River as well as the associated riparian habitat. In addition, Western Lands is working on the management of the design of a large guest lodge, fly fishing guiding business, and luxury cabins.
