Project Summary
Western Lands worked closely with the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers to develop restoration plans and permitting for work along the river on this ranch. We also developed master plans for a future guest ranch that included roads, power infrastructure, trails, and water features.
This property is a magnificent ranch with very unique natural resources such as live water, natural hot springs, and varied types of terrain.
