Legacy Pines East

Project Summary
Legacy Pines East is a 240-acre development property that had been approved by Douglas County. As infrastructure costs became more and more expensive for the owners, Western Lands redesigned the layout of the roads and found a way to improve the efficiency of the project by reducing the roads and drainage infrastructure.
Western Lands also developed and helped execute the county requirements for the wildfire fuel mitigation management. In doing this, we also were able to preserve wildlife habitat.
